Founding Annual Promotion Terms

Historical terms — this offer is closed to new customers. These terms remain available only for customers with an existing founding annual subscription or accepted conversion.

These Founding Annual Promotion Terms (“Promotion Terms”) are offered by CMC Factory LLC, which operates RowCoach (“RowCoach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Promotion Terms supplement the RowCoach Terms of Service.

By affirmatively accepting these Promotion Terms and completing or authorizing the promotional Stripe Checkout, you agree to these Promotion Terms and the RowCoach Terms of Service and authorize the initial and recurring charges described below.

If these Promotion Terms conflict with the RowCoach Terms of Service concerning this promotion, these Promotion Terms control.

1. Founding Annual Offer

The normal RowCoach Pro annual base price is $199.99 USD plus applicable tax, saving $99.89 compared with twelve monthly base-price payments of $24.99 USD totaling $299.88 USD.

Eligible founding customers receive a $20.00 USD annual discount, reducing each annual subscription base price from $199.99 USD to:

$179.99 USD plus applicable tax

Stripe may offer payment in a local currency. Checkout or the applicable Stripe billing record shows the exact charged currency and amount. Stripe’s exchange rate includes a conversion fee. A local-currency charge or renewal can vary even though the $179.99 USD base price remains locked.

The founding annual rate applies to the first annual term and each subsequent annual renewal while the same founding annual subscription remains continuously active.

The founding discount:

applies only to the eligible RowCoach account and founding annual subscription through which it was obtained;
cannot be transferred to another person, account, or subscription;
cannot be combined with another promotion unless RowCoach expressly permits it;
cannot be redeemed for cash or account credit; and
has no cash value.

The founding annual rate does not require RowCoach to continue offering RowCoach Pro or any particular service feature indefinitely. It applies for as long as RowCoach continues offering the applicable subscription and the customer maintains continuous service as described in these Promotion Terms.

2. Promotion Period

This promotion was available globally for a limited purchase period and is now closed to new purchases.

The offer begins August 1, 2026 at 10:00 p.m. Central Time and is scheduled to remain available for approximately six months after RowCoach’s public launch, through February 1, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time, as displayed on the RowCoach promotional offer page and during promotional checkout.

The promotion ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on February 1, 2027, unless RowCoach ends the promotion earlier.

RowCoach may stop offering the promotion at any time. RowCoach may also extend, shorten, suspend, or modify the promotion before a customer successfully claims or completes the applicable promotional transaction.

A change to the Promotion Period:

applies only to customers who have not already successfully claimed or completed the promotion;
will not alter the price or terms of an existing founding annual subscription; and
will not convert an incomplete promotional transaction into a standard-price transaction without the customer’s express consent.

Checkout failures, declined charges, abandoned checkout sessions, and unpaid or incomplete transactions do not complete a promotional annual purchase.

An eligible current monthly subscriber who affirmatively claims the offer during the Promotion Period may complete the conversion at the subscriber’s next monthly renewal as described in Section 5, even if that renewal occurs after the displayed promotion end date.

3. Eligibility

To qualify for the founding annual rate, you must:

be at least 13 years old;
have a valid RowCoach account;
if you are 13 through 17, have parent or legal guardian permission to use RowCoach and authorization from your parent or legal guardian for each purchase;
either complete your first paid RowCoach annual subscription purchase or validly authorize conversion of your current monthly subscription as described below;
claim or complete the offer during the Promotion Period; and
comply with these Promotion Terms and the RowCoach Terms of Service.

Prior RowCoach monthly subscription purchases do not disqualify you.

A prior successfully completed and paid RowCoach annual subscription purchase is disqualifying, including an annual purchase that was later canceled or refunded, except where RowCoach determines that the prior transaction resulted solely from a technical or billing error.

The promotion is limited to one claim per eligible Stripe customer record and RowCoach account.

Creating duplicate accounts, misrepresenting identity or eligibility, manipulating account or payment information, or otherwise attempting to obtain multiple founding-rate subscriptions is prohibited.

RowCoach may reject or cancel an invalid, fraudulent, abusive, or technically improper claim, subject to applicable law. RowCoach will not substitute or charge the standard annual price without first obtaining the customer’s express consent.

4. New Annual Subscribers

A direct subscriber who is not converting an active RowCoach monthly subscription receives conditional seven-day free-trial treatment. If the direct subscriber’s RowCoach account has no prior RowCoach subscription, a payment method is required and promotional Stripe Checkout displays a $0 subscription charge today.

Unless the eligible direct subscriber cancels through the Stripe billing portal before the trial ends, after seven days Stripe attempts to charge from the $179.99 USD base price plus applicable tax to the payment method on day eight, subject to the exact total shown at Stripe Checkout. The first paid founding annual term begins when that payment is successfully completed and continues for 12 months.

The free trial is limited to one trial per RowCoach account. A direct subscriber with a prior RowCoach subscription is not eligible for another trial; Stripe attempts to charge from the $179.99 USD base price plus applicable tax when promotional Stripe Checkout completes, and the subscription becomes paid only when that payment is successfully processed.

A subscription accepted under this version has no satisfaction refund or guarantee. The eligible direct subscriber instead has seven days of RowCoach Pro access before the first subscription charge and can avoid that charge by canceling before the trial ends.

Unless canceled, the subscription automatically renews for successive 12-month terms from the $179.99 USD base price plus applicable tax while the same founding annual subscription remains continuously active.

5. Current Monthly Subscribers

An eligible customer with an active RowCoach monthly subscription may claim the founding annual offer without being charged the annual price immediately. A monthly conversion receives no new trial because the customer already has a RowCoach subscription.

When an eligible monthly subscriber claims the offer:

the existing monthly subscription remains active through the period already paid for;
no separate prorated refund is issued for that paid monthly period;
the customer authorizes the monthly subscription to convert to the founding annual subscription at the next scheduled monthly renewal;
the regular monthly renewal charge is replaced by the founding annual charge; and
Stripe attempts to charge from the $179.99 USD base price plus applicable tax for the first 12-month founding annual term on the conversion date and records the exact charged currency and amount.

The first founding annual term begins when the $179.99 annual payment is successfully processed.

The customer will not be charged both the monthly renewal price and the founding annual price for the same renewal date.

If the customer cancels the monthly subscription, withdraws the conversion authorization, switches plans, deletes the account, or otherwise ends or changes the monthly subscription before the conversion charge is successfully processed:

the conversion will not occur;
the customer will not be charged the founding annual price; and
the founding annual rate will be forfeited and may not be available for a later subscription.

A failed or declined payment does not activate the founding annual subscription. RowCoach or Stripe may retry the authorized payment according to the applicable billing settings. The founding annual term begins only if the annual payment is successfully completed.

6. Continuous-Service Requirement

The founding annual subscription renews each year from the $179.99 USD base price plus applicable tax while the same founding annual subscription remains continuously active.

“Continuous service” means that the founding annual subscription remains associated with the same RowCoach account and Stripe subscription record without being canceled, replaced, refunded, terminated, or allowed to expire.

The locked founding annual rate ends if the customer:

cancels the founding annual subscription;
switches to a monthly plan or another subscription plan;
replaces the founding annual subscription with a different subscription;
receives a refund of the founding annual purchase;
initiates a successful chargeback or payment reversal;
deletes the associated RowCoach account;
allows the subscription to expire because of nonpayment; or
otherwise ends continuous service.

A temporary payment failure does not by itself end continuous service while Stripe is actively retrying the payment and the subscription has not been canceled, expired, or terminated. If the payment remains unpaid and the subscription ends, the founding annual rate is lost.

A suspension that does not terminate the subscription does not by itself end the founding rate. Termination of the subscription under the RowCoach Terms of Service ends the founding rate.

Once continuous service ends, the founding annual rate:

cannot be transferred to another account or subscription;
cannot be restored by later reactivation or repurchase;
cannot be reclaimed based on the prior founding subscription; and
does not apply to a later subscription, even if the later subscription uses the same account, email address, Stripe customer record, or payment method.

A later subscription will be offered at the price and under the terms available at the time of that purchase.

7. Automatic Renewal

The founding annual subscription is an automatically renewing annual subscription.

Unless canceled, the subscription renews at the end of each 12-month subscription term at:

The $179.99 USD base price plus applicable tax

while the continuous-service requirement remains satisfied.

The renewal charge will be submitted to the payment method associated with the subscription on or about the renewal date shown in the customer’s RowCoach account, Stripe receipt, checkout confirmation, or billing portal.

By completing the promotional checkout or authorizing the monthly-to-annual conversion, you expressly authorize RowCoach and Stripe to charge:

the exact charged amount Stripe presents from the $179.99 USD base price plus applicable tax for the first founding annual term; and
the exact charged amount Stripe presents from the $179.99 USD base price plus applicable tax for each subsequent 12-month renewal while the founding annual subscription remains continuously active.

RowCoach will provide renewal notices, receipts, and other subscription disclosures when required by applicable law.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel before an eligible free trial ends to avoid the first annual charge, or cancel automatic renewal at any time before the next annual renewal charge is processed.

You may cancel online through the Stripe billing portal linked from your RowCoach account. There is no cancellation fee.

Cancellation:

prevents future renewal charges;
ordinarily allows access to continue through the subscription term already paid for;
does not retroactively cancel a completed annual term;
does not create a right to a prorated refund except where required by applicable law; and
permanently ends eligibility for the locked founding annual rate after the current paid term concludes.

You should cancel before the renewal date shown in your account or billing portal. A cancellation request received after a renewal charge has already been processed may not prevent that charge.

Cancellation does not retroactively refund a charge that has already been completed. Contact RowCoach Support if you believe a charge resulted from an unauthorized transaction, duplicate charge, or other billing error.

9. Included Live-Coaching Time

An active RowCoach Pro subscription includes up to 40 hours of protected live-coaching connection time per RowCoach account during each UTC calendar month.

RowCoach will provide an in-product usage warning at approximately 36 hours of included monthly usage.

Included monthly coaching time:

resets at the beginning of each UTC calendar month;
does not carry forward into a later month;
is not transferable between accounts;
cannot be exchanged for money or account credit; and
has no separate refund value if unused.

Protected live coaching pauses when the account has exhausted both its included monthly coaching time and any available banked coaching time.

Usage is calculated using RowCoach’s live-coaching connection and metering records, including authorization records, connection timestamps, periodic checkpoints, close timestamps, UTC periods, and accounted connection time.

Contact RowCoach Support if you believe your recorded usage is incorrect.

10. Banked Coaching-Time Packs

An active RowCoach Pro subscriber may purchase additional packs containing 20 banked live-coaching hours from a $7.99 USD base price plus applicable tax.

Each banked coaching-time pack:

is a one-time purchase and not a recurring subscription;
does not expire while the associated RowCoach account remains open;
may be used only while the account has an active RowCoach Pro subscription;
is associated with the RowCoach account through which it was purchased;
is not transferable between accounts;
has no cash value; and
generally begins being consumed after the account’s included monthly coaching time is exhausted.

Canceling RowCoach Pro does not by itself erase unused banked hours. Unused banked hours cannot be used while the subscription is inactive but will become available again if RowCoach Pro is later reactivated through the same account.

Reactivation of banked hours does not restore the founding annual rate.

Unused banked hours may be permanently deleted when the associated RowCoach account is deleted.

Banked-Time Pack Refunds

A completely untouched banked coaching-time pack is eligible for a full refund if RowCoach receives the refund request within seven calendar days after the pack was purchased.

“Untouched” means that no portion of the purchased pack has been consumed or applied to a live-coaching session.

Once any portion of a pack has been consumed, the entire pack is non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on Stripe, the customer’s financial institution, and applicable payment networks.

11. Free Trial

The seven-day free trial under this version is available only to a direct subscriber whose RowCoach account has no prior RowCoach subscription. Eligibility is checked from RowCoach and Stripe subscription history. A history that cannot be verified does not receive a trial.

For an eligible direct subscriber, a payment method is required, the subscription charge is $0 today, and RowCoach Pro access begins when promotional Checkout successfully starts the trial.

Unless canceled through the Stripe billing portal before the trial ends, Stripe automatically attempts to charge from the $179.99 USD base price plus applicable tax to the payment method on day eight, subject to the exact total shown at Stripe Checkout. The paid founding annual term begins only when that payment is successfully processed.

The free trial:

is limited to one trial per RowCoach account;
lasts exactly seven consecutive 24-hour periods;
requires cancellation before the trial ends to prevent the first annual charge;
is not offered for a monthly conversion or any other returning subscriber; and
does not create a satisfaction refund or satisfaction guarantee.

Canceling during the free trial prevents the first annual charge and ends access according to the cancellation option shown in Stripe. No subscription refund is due for the trial because its subscription charge was $0.

12. Renewal Refunds and Other Refund Rights

New subscription charges and later annual renewal charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where RowCoach verifies an unauthorized transaction, duplicate charge, or other billing error.

Except for an untouched banked-time pack refund or rights required by applicable law:

partial subscription periods are not refundable;
unused included monthly coaching time is not refundable;
unused promotional benefits cannot be redeemed for cash or account credit; and
cancellation does not retroactively refund a completed charge.

A discretionary refund of an annual subscription ends the founding annual subscription and the locked founding annual rate unless RowCoach expressly states in writing that the refund resulted solely from its billing or technical error and that the founding rate will remain active.

Nothing in this rule limits any statutory or other non-waivable right concerning billing errors, unauthorized charges, cancellation, refunds, or other consumer protections.

Contact RowCoach Support promptly if you believe a charge was unauthorized, duplicated, incorrectly calculated, or otherwise made in error.

13. Promotion Administration and Technical Issues

Eligibility and promotional pricing are confirmed only when:

a direct annual subscriber successfully starts an eligible trial or completes the promotional annual payment; or
an eligible monthly subscriber validly authorizes the future conversion and the subsequent annual conversion payment is successfully processed.

If a technical error prevents completion of a promotional purchase or monthly-to-annual conversion, contact RowCoach Support. RowCoach may review the transaction and surrounding circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution but does not guarantee promotional eligibility for an incomplete, unpaid, declined, or unsuccessful transaction.

If the promotion ends or becomes unavailable before an eligible customer successfully claims or completes the applicable promotional transaction, RowCoach will not silently charge the standard annual price.

The customer must separately select and affirmatively accept a standard subscription offer before being charged the standard price.

If a pricing, display, coding, or technical error results in an obviously incorrect price or materially inaccurate offer, RowCoach may cancel the affected incomplete transaction or give the customer an opportunity to purchase at the correct disclosed price. RowCoach will not charge a corrected price without the customer’s express consent.

14. Changes to These Promotion Terms

RowCoach may update these Promotion Terms for customers who have not yet completed or validly authorized a promotional transaction.

The version accepted during checkout or monthly-to-annual conversion authorization governs the resulting founding annual subscription. RowCoach will retain or associate a record of the accepted legal version with the applicable transaction or subscription.

An acceptance recorded under offer terms version 2026-08-04-pricing or 2026-08-02 retains the satisfaction guarantee and all other terms accepted under that version. This includes a future conversion charge processed after these new terms take effect.

A later update will not retroactively change the founding annual rate, annual term, refund eligibility, or continuous-service conditions accepted by an existing founding annual subscriber unless:

the customer affirmatively agrees;
the change benefits the customer without imposing a material disadvantage; or
the change is required by applicable law.

15. Relationship to the Terms of Service

The RowCoach Terms of Service govern matters not specifically addressed in these Promotion Terms, including acceptable use, account responsibilities, intellectual-property rights, service availability, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law.

These Promotion Terms and the RowCoach Terms of Service should be read together.
