Annual Launch Promotion Terms

These promotion terms are offered by CMC Factory LLC and supplement the RowCoach Terms of Service. By completing the promotional Stripe Checkout, you agree to both documents.

Offer

The normal RowCoach Pro annual price is $249.90, exactly ten $24.99 monthly payments, so it includes two months free compared with twelve monthly payments totaling $299.88. Eligible launch customers receive an additional 30% off that normal annual price for the first term. That additional discount is $74.97, reducing the first annual charge from $249.90 to $174.93 plus applicable tax. The subscription then renews automatically at the normal $249.90 annual price plus applicable tax until canceled. The additional discount applies only to the first annual term and has no cash value.

Availability and eligibility

The offer is limited to the first 1,000 eligible completed promotional purchases and may end when that quantity is reached. It is available only for a customer's first completed positive paid RowCoach annual subscription transaction. Prior monthly purchases do not disqualify a customer. A prior paid annual purchase remains disqualifying if it was later canceled or refunded. The offer is limited to one redemption per eligible Stripe Customer and RowCoach account.

Creating duplicate accounts, misrepresenting identity, manipulating payment information, or otherwise attempting to obtain multiple redemptions is prohibited. We may reject or cancel an abusive or technically invalid redemption, subject to applicable law. Checkout failures and abandoned or unpaid sessions do not reserve an offer.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews each year at $249.90 plus applicable tax unless canceled before renewal. You may prevent a future renewal at any time through the billing portal linked from your RowCoach account. Cancellation does not retroactively refund the promotional first term.

Protected live-coaching time

RowCoach Pro includes up to 40 hours of protected live-coaching connection time per account in each UTC calendar month, with a warning at 30 hours. Protected live coaching pauses when included and banked time are exhausted. Active RowCoach Pro subscribers may repeatedly purchase 20 banked hours for $19.99 plus applicable tax. Each pack is a one-time purchase, does not expire, and requires active RowCoach Pro to use. An untouched pack is fully refundable within seven days; a used pack is non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

This promotional purchase is not eligible for RowCoach's seven-day satisfaction refund. Refunds for renewal charges are also unavailable except where required by law. Nothing in these terms limits a non-waivable right concerning billing errors, unauthorized charges, cancellation, refunds, or other consumer protections. Contact support@rowcoach.live if you believe such a right applies.

Technical issues

A displayed remaining quantity is a recently verified estimate based on Stripe's confirmed redemptions. Checkout performs a fresh availability check. If the offer becomes unavailable before checkout is created, RowCoach will not silently charge the standard annual price; you must separately choose a standard plan.
