Why RowCoach exists
Technique guidance should be within reach.
RowCoach teaches conventional, efficient indoor-rowing technique with live cues, clear scoring, and progress you can see.
It exists for rowers blocked from regular coaching by cost, distance, or time. Rowing asks enough before the first stroke. Sound guidance should not require a nearby club or private instruction.
A coaching aid. Not a replacement. RowCoach does not replace an experienced coach. Camera analysis cannot match qualified judgment, context, or experience.

Warm-up calibration adapts to the session. RhythmTrace then follows the order and timing of each assessable stroke, so a brief interruption does not disappear inside a session average. Camera video stays on your device; only protected pose and timing signals reach analysis.

Eligible first-time accounts receive up to four hours of protected live coaching to use within one seven-day free trial. Payment method required. Eligible accounts have a $0 subscription charge today. After successful payment, any unused trial time is used first on Check-In, Starter, or Pro during the first paid month, then expires at that month’s end. Stripe automatically attempts to charge the selected monthly plan after seven days unless canceled. Paid access continues only after payment succeeds. One trial per RowCoach account.
Usage, add-on time, and cancellation
Coaching pauses when the time available on the current plan is exhausted. Active RowCoach Pro subscribers may add 20 banked hours from a $7.99 USD base price plus applicable tax. The one-time pack does not expire and is unavailable on Check-In and Starter. Local currency pricing available at Checkout. Manage or cancel anytime through the secure billing portal.

Choose Check-In, Starter, or Pro through secure Stripe Checkout, set your coaching level, and follow the guided camera setup into your first session.
How does the trial work?
Eligible first-time RowCoach accounts receive up to four hours of protected live coaching to use within one seven-day free trial for a $0 subscription charge today. A payment method is required. Stripe automatically attempts to charge the selected plan after seven days unless canceled. After successful payment, any unused trial time is used first during the first paid month, then expires at that month’s end. One trial per RowCoach account.
Does the plan renew automatically?
Yes. The selected monthly plan renews until canceled. Renewal charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
How do I cancel?
Manage or cancel anytime through the secure billing portal.
Is my camera video uploaded?
No. Camera processing runs in your browser. RowCoach never uploads, records, or stores normal-session camera video.
What do I need?
An erg, a webcam or laptop camera, and an up-to-date browser. Chrome or Edge on a computer works best.
Is RowCoach useful for beginners?
Yes. RowCoach begins with conventional indoor-rowing fundamentals and adjusts the feedback level as your technique develops.
