A few account details establish eligibility and keep the legal agreement attached to the right person.
RowCoach accounts are available to people age 13 or older. Ages 13–17 require parent or legal-guardian permission.

Choose how often RowCoach can coach.
Every plan includes the same real-time technique analysis: 15 live form flags with scored corrections, posture guidance, and a skeleton overlay. Choose the amount of protected live coaching that fits your training.
Included time does not roll over, and every plan resets each UTC calendar month. Extra Coaching Time is Pro-only: active monthly Pro subscribers can add 10 banked hours from a $12.99 USD base price plus applicable tax. The one-time pack never expires.

Access and billing details
Check-In is free and does not require a payment method. Pro is $14.99 USD per month, plus applicable tax. The paid plan is charged when Checkout completes and renews monthly until canceled. Paid access begins only after payment succeeds. Billing is handled by Stripe.

Camera tips
A wide camera may work at 2–3 ft. RowCoach is clearest at lower rates inside 16–30 spm. Use a bright, steady view.
