This policy applies only to prior purchases, not current signup offers. A qualifying prior purchase is eligible for one approved refund per customer and payment method within 7 days. Purchases that cannot be verified automatically require manual review through RowCoach Support. Renewal charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your Founding Annual Rate
The normal RowCoach Pro annual base price is $199.99 USD, saving $99.89 compared with twelve monthly base-price payments totaling $299.88 USD.
Your founding purchase received a $20.00 USD annual discount, making your subscription’s locked rate: $179.99 USD base price per year plus applicable tax.
This rate remains locked while the same founding annual subscription remains continuously active.
Canceling the subscription, switching plans, deleting your account, or otherwise ending continuous service ends the locked rate. The rate cannot be transferred or restored to a later subscription.

Pack refunds A pack is fully refundable within seven days only if none of that pack has been used, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
