It renews automatically at the normal $249.90 annual price plus applicable tax until canceled. This promotional purchase is not eligible for the RowCoach satisfaction refund, except where required by law.

RowCoach Pro includes up to 40 hours of authorized protected live-coaching connection time per account in each UTC calendar month, with a warning at 30 hours. Active RowCoach Pro subscribers may repeatedly add 20 banked hours for $19.99 plus applicable tax. Each pack is a one-time purchase, does not renew, does not expire, and is used after included time. A pack is fully refundable within seven days only if none of that pack has been used, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
