Withdraw from a contract
Eligible United Kingdom consumers may withdraw within 14 days of concluding a digital-service contract. You do not need to give a reason.

Your notice takes effect when submitted. Access is stopped while the cancellation and any refund are processed. If you expressly asked service to start immediately and then used it, a proportionate amount for service supplied before cancellation may be retained. Otherwise, an eligible payment is refunded in full.
